About Ecomagination.:
Used as a projected animation on a sculptural installation in Washington DC, this animation was created by 4 separate designers at Tronic Studios NYC.

This was the first project I did with Tronic, a pretty open brief, for a high end client, I was pretty stoked.

I was happy to have been given the section of the animation involving all the cool stuff, wind turbines, jets, etc, all that cool stuff.

The plane was a bought model and the turbines were built before I got to the project, but the
rest of it I made and animated.

Including the leaves that were actually rigged like a character to react and flop around in the wind like they should.

The engine that is seen a pseudo xray in the in the plane is actually the real CAD diagrams of the engine! They were so detailed it too a few days to reduce the model down to a useable poly count.

Though the camera move wasn't decided before we all started the project, the connections between our camera moves were seemless.
